Tri State Truck Center, Inc SERVICE FACILITIES To better service the needs of our growing customers base, Tri State Center opened a new, state of the art service facility in January 2004. This facility is now a 24 hour a day operation performing standard breakdown and normal maintenance repairs and offering the following additional services. VIS Check Road Simulation Machine Provides a full vehicle service check, as well as chassis and brake inspection. We own and operate the only machine of its kind in Massachusetts. Hunter Laser Alignment Service Allows Tri State Truck Center, Inc to correct alignment problems on over 50 heavy duty axle configurations on heavy duty trucks, buses, motor homes and trailers. On-Site Training Facility Tri State Truck Center, Inc maintains a training facility, where monthly training sessions are held by our training staff members to help keep our customers well-informed and our service technicians fully trained. Warranty on Wheels (WOW On-site Service) Our Warranty on Wheels program provides our customers with a service no other Freightliners affiliated dealership in New England offers; scheduled warranty repairs and a scheduled preventative program all performed on-site at the customer's facility. |
